As I mailed out my first set of letters today, I reflected on the past year and the "lightbulb" moment that I had a few weeks ago. It has been a difficult year, to say the least. It was extremely hard for me to give up my career to become a full-time caregiver, although the alternative was not even a consideration. I have "drifted" through this last year with no real direction or feeling of purpose. Then, it hit me. I may not be able to work in an office any more, but I can sure clean them! That was a real "ah-ha" moment, and all of a sudden, WEST Professional Office Cleaning was born. Now starts my Second Act! This is incredibly exciting.
