Due to the winter weather and road conditions we have made the decision to not run trash pickup on Monday. So as of right now, everyone’s pickup day will be pushed ahead one day. We are praying that we can get started back on Tuesday. We hope everyone stays safe, and thanks for your patience and understanding.

Our phones are working again! People have had so much trouble reaching us, but thankfully over the last two weeks we switched phone carriers from Verizon to Windstream. It took longer than expected to get our phones back up and running. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused, but we promise it was out of our control. Important update: The oil line on one of our trucks was damaged today and we're working on ordering a new one. If your trash has not been picked up we will be around as soon as we can to get it. Thank you for your understanding!

Dear Oglethorpe County customers, we had a spring break on the back of one of the trucks today and the driver hadn't finished his route. If you’re trash was not picked up around the Stephens area, the truck will be back tomorrow morning to finish up. We're planning to put a spring on the truck this evening.

Important notice: Lately, we've heard people can't get through to us over the phone. We don't know what the issue is exactly but, Spectrum is running new lines down our road. So, with that being said, we are getting a new phone line put in tomorrow and we really hope this fixes the issue. Thank you for being patient with us and we promise to update everyone when we know more.

We are asking all our customers as we deal with this heat wave to please be patient with us! The drivers are getting really hot out and we have to look out for the safety of our valued employees. If we can't get your trash on the normal pick up day, they will be back around the next day. Thank you for your understanding!
