Pool had just been resurfaced with Krystalkrete quartz interior finish in late December.We can do a job like this very quickly. The contract was signed on a Thursday, scheduled to begin the following Monday. The entire job was completed in five days.

The pool, spa and fountain were resurfaced with a Custom Mini Pebble Premium Interior Finish in the Caribbean color. Beautiful transformation of a 1070’s pool in Winter Park, Florida.
The homeowners made excellent choices regarding the interior finish and waterline tile. The Custom Mini Pebble premium interior finish is in the Caribbean color and the waterline tile is an imported Italian porcelain tile from the Abyss Series. Stunning transform of pool and deck in Lake Mary. Previous renovation added a brick paver deck and coping. We did a total renovation including a Custom Mini Pebble interior finsh, new waterline tile and a sunshelf with bubblers. Travertine coping and deck as well as a new screen enclosure.

Early Sunday morning on Lake Virginia in Winter Park. I saw this gator on my way out. I stopped and apparently the flash on my phone got his/her attention. I fumbled to turn off the flash and the gator started heading towards the shore. I haven’t see a gator this big in Winter Park in a long, long time.

Before: Typical 1970’s pool. The original owner had a pool built. Big pool, 8 feet deep, and a diving board.

In the early 90’s they had a renovation done, removing the diving board and adding a fountain/water feature in its place. Also had 1990 vintage tile and a faux brick coping and deck work.

We decided to eliminate the fountain, resurface the pool, install new waterline tile and redo the deck with an acrylic concrete coating system.

The fountain, although poorly designed, was extremely well built!

The demo of the fountain took a lot more time and effort than we had hoped for but we were well prepared for the job.
Next, we installed the new waterline tile and did the major portion of the deck work.

Then the pool was resurfaced with the Custom Mini Pebble Premium Interior Finish in the Caribbean Blue color.

Now that the pool is completed we will do the final touches of the deck work.
