A little Q & A ✨🫧

Q: Will you come & clean my house the first of the month & accept payment on the 15th?

A: No. We expect payment the day of the cleaning.

Q: Are you comfortable around pets during the cleaning?

A: Yes, as long as they are non-aggressive. We love animals! 🐾

Q: How do you accept payment?

A: We accept cash (if needed), Cashapp, & Venmo. But we prefer Zelle (if possible).

Q: Do we need to be home while the cleaning is taking place?

A: No, but if you would feel more comfortable staying home for the duration of the cleaning, that is 100% okay with us!

Q: If I give you a key or a code to the lock are you okay with entering that way? And then locking up afterwards?

A: Absolutely! We will also text you upon entering & once we lock everything up. 🔐

Q: Do you provide your own cleaning products & equipment? Or will I need to provide both?

A: We do! And if you have a preference on certain cleaning products you would like to be used, we are more than happy to accommodate!
