Whistle Stop Wash will be closed until further notice. The laundromat caught fire tonight and is a total loss. I will come back with updates as things progress. A special thanks to the Fairfield County Fire Service for showing up so quickly and all of their hard work tonight.

Thank you everyone for your support over the last several months, I hope to be back at it soon!

Allow me to introduce myself! I am Ashley and I am the sole owner of Whistle Stop Wash. I have lived in NE Columbia for 12 years. I have two children, 10yo and 14yo.

I am not naive to the history of this laundromat, so I make myself available when issues arise. I want to rehab the laundromat and give it a new life! Stop by and see what this little laundromat has to offer!

Today was a busy day at the laundromat! Mowing, pressure washing, deep cleaning and installed new flood lights. A few familiar faces and a few new ones!
