It’s a beautiful day Sonoma County! This customer has been struggling with rodents in their rural Penngrove home for a while now. During the initial inspection, no obvious points of entry were found. During a closer look, we identified an unused drain line in the sub area that led through the foundation and down the hill. Lines like these can be hard to identify, but often serve as highways for rodents to travel into the sub area of homes. From there, they can easily enter the living areas. This repair will correct the issue and prevent future rodent activity for this home!
