I absolutely love this! I have put this guy out of business. I think this guy may actually have a split personality. Otherwise he is just a compulsive liar because he is going on his page and posting comments about how some mysterious entity used his company license to do illegal jobs and he knew nothing about it. Only problem with that theory is that he was the person that walked off the job when my pool was being built and he refused to finish the job. I am happy to report that I am the one who started the entire complaint process with the CSLB and he personally had to pay me almost $7,000 back. He hired illegals and put my home in jeopardy when one of them who didn't speak a word of English was installing the electrical for the pool in the pouring rain. He refused to carry workers comp and when the CSLB forced him to purchase it he immediately cancelled the policy as soon as he left their office. He is now reporting that he plans on opening up shop in Calabasas in the over $250,000 market along with building pools in the Lake Havasu area of Arizona. Well I would like to let Mr. Mark Brownlee know that if he even attempts to open up in Arizona, I will be right there to fight it every way possible. You personally abandoned my job, not some mythical being like you keep reporting. Either you are crazy or you are a liar. Maybe you are a little of both but one things for sure, YOU ARE A CROOK! You screwed up so deal with it! You and only you are to blame for the long line of people who spent their hard earned money scrimping and saving just to be able to put a pool in. Then to have a shyster like you come along and swindle them out of their money. The pools you install are substandard, and after paying to have it installed by your company, they now have to pay to have it fixed by another company. So many people have handed you their deposit for the pool just to have you disappear. They are the lucky ones since they don't have to fix the mess you left. You say you have been taking contracts to put pools in, in the Calabasas area, but how is that possible? Did you illegally write up contracts and take deposits too? You are a thief and a liar and you will pay some day, one way or another! I'm so glad I could be the one to assist in having you shut down. Hopefully now you won't ever be able to hurt or defraud anyone else. The truth finally came out. Too bad the system protects the criminals because you continued to build pools and scam people for 2 years after I first reported your actions to the CSLB. Leave it up to the government and they are going to act slowly. The entire time the process was going on and you personally were appealing the charges you were able to continue to rob Peter to pay Paul. Well I guess it's finally caught up with you and you won't build anymore pools again. I just hope no contractor falls for your nonsense because I noticed that you are now searching for a licensed contractor to piggy back off their license. What a huge mistake that would be for them.

Things aren't looking to good for this scumbag. I just found out that the CSLB finally did their jobs and suspended this guys license. I'm sure he is still building pools ILLEGALLY. He better hope I don't find out because it will get a lot worse for him if he is. He should have thought twice before he messed with me. Hopefully the next person that goes to hire him is smart enough to verify his license is still in effect because they may end up with a half finished pool and him disappearing with their money.

Thanks to me his hell is continuing 3 years later. I can't believe in 3 years of being told to get workers comp ins he would actually have the nerve to obtain it, give it to the CSLB and then cancel it. Like they weren't going to verify. I hope he eventually is forced to go before a judge so they can see his blatant disregard for any law even after being told what he had to do. This means even after they fine him he will just go back and cancel the insurance and bonds he is told to obtain. It took them over 2 years to issue a citation on the workers comp issue so in the meantime he put all of the homeowners on the line if someone got hurt. They need to just revoke his license now since he has proven he will never comply with what they tell him to do.

Well you are about to go down Mr. Mark Brownlee. I just noticed on the CSLB website that they have flagged your license with 3 pending citations at this time. B&P codes 7109, 7113 & 7159 so far. Just wait until they finish their complete investigation and they will have hiring unlicensed contractors and having employees with no workers compensation to add to it. You should be looking over your shoulder about now so you aren't surprised when the EDD and the taxing authorities come after you. Please get your story straight and stick to one story because judges like that kind of thing. If you are going to sue me please start the process soon because it only takes 6 months to come to court contrary to what you believe and I so want to get this on Calendar. Maybe if I say PLEASE. and BTW I don't need a hired liar to win when I have Supreme Court decisions already that are precedent. Look up that word maybe you will learn something.

Meeting with California State License Board Investigator tomorrow. Can't wait. Finally going to be able to show her the pictures of the crappy work this guy did. She also has an appointment with another disgusted person after mine. Was informed that there are 4 of us so far. How many more lives is this guy going to destroy? Makes me so mad because with the price it has cost me to correct his work and what I have already paid him I could've had my dream pool. Now I am left trying to come up with the money to get the plaster. The process takes so long that this contractor can ruin so many lives in the interim and then just turn the company over to his son at the end to remain in business. How is that fair?
