Dear On-Site Laundry,

We need to talk.

Okay, maybe it’s kinda you.

When I got into the short-term rental business, I expected to manage a property. I did not expect to manage a full-scale textile operation with a four-hour deadline.

My cleaning team is trying to get the bathrooms sparkling, the beds made, the kitchen reset, and the whole place guest-ready. Meanwhile, you’re holding the entire turnover hostage because the towels are still in the dryer. 😭

And honestly? I can’t force the spin cycle to go faster, no matter how nicely I ask the machines.

Unfortunately, things have escalated.

And we need to talk about what happened. 👀

It started with one simple goal:

Make sure every property is guest-ready.

But as we worked with more hospitality hosts, we kept hearing the same thing:

“Can you help with this too?”

So we did.

Linens? Absolutely.
Restocking? Yep.
Property checks? Of course.
Amenity kits? Say less.
Setups? We’ve got it.
Photography? We can do that too.

And eventually, we realized the need wasn’t just for a great turnover.

It was for someone who could help handle the details that make any kind of guest experience feel polished.

And now we’re bringing that same support to retreats, events, spas, and hospitality spaces of all kinds.

So yes…

things have escalated.
