BWI Airport - Roof building facades where covered with efflorescence. We diagnosed the water was coming in from faulty rooftop overhangs. They fixed the overhangs and then we could repair the efforescence. Grinded, regrout, scrubbed and clear sealed with our permanent clear sealer.

Showers sometimes can be saved even with loose tiles. Not all, but some can. We look closely are your shower to see if you can repair or if your money is better spent replacing. We recommend tile installers we can stand behind for quality. There are far too many bad installers out there.

We use a permanent clear sealer so our clients can maintain their restored floor themselves. Educating the customer is very important on how to properly clean a floor.
