Kickoff 2026 📈

Every year I learn more, become a better person, and find new reasons to commit to my career when I visit HQ and dial in with the squad.

Biggest lesson learned this year: Lock in with the people that want it most. Spend time with the people that will give you the most time and effort in return. And do everything you can to help them succeed ✅

Appreciation post of the week: Ryan Axel Anderson ⚡️

Been working with this dude since he was a wee little rookie in St. Louis. Kid was an absolute ripper off the bat, I knew he was just an athlete at life.

I think Ryan has grown maybe more than anyone I’ve seen here with us - he’s always known how to have a good time, always been good at things, but has truly grown into a formidable leader in the space the last couple years. Has cracked over 400k in a summer before, Divisional manager at Aptive, well respected with his reps. Dude does it all.

Excited to see you continue this journey bro. Excited to see what you accomplish. Let’s keep stacking dubs and creating impact. Big year loading ✔️

Starting a regular appreciation post for the leaders I get to work with because there are so many amazing people here. Up first: Sabo

I remember in 2021 when Sabo first started as a rookie, we all had our doubts he’d be able to step out and sell well. He didn’t exactly sound like a salesman, but he learned very quickly and made a sale on his first day when he snuck away from Jack and I shadowing. We turned around looking for him and found him on a homeowners porch banging in a deal.

We’ve seen him grow from that rookie into a full-fledged Divisional Manager at Aptive, and it’s been an awesome journey. Sabo has put up big personal numbers, led an incredibly high RPR team this past summer, and is loved by his coworkers.

I’ve been inspired watching him not only make a solid career and great money so far, but using that money to support his family and buy real estate too. I’m excited to watch you continue to build and succeed at whatever you do in life bro! Here’s to a big 2026 🥂

Been working on my career at Aptive for 7 years now, going into my 8th summer with the company. Started off just needing some money over a college summer, thought I could do well in sales.

7 years later, I’ve grown more as a man than I ever thought possible. Been responsible for hundreds of kids in their 20s earning 6-figures, earned multiple 7-figures personally and acquired a few million in real estate. God has done some crazy things in my life and I couldn’t be more grateful for what Aptive and this opportunity has done for me.

I’m going to continue my mission to prove a couple things:
1. You can create a flourishing career for yourself in the door-to-door space.
2. Door-to-door is a vehicle to achieve your goals and passions in life and to overall better yourself as a human.
3. Aptive is the no-brainer best place to be in the industry.

The world gets weirder by the day, AI gets stronger by the day, but one thing AI can’t replace (at least for a long, long time) is human experience and face-to-face interaction. I believe door-to-door will continue to grow and thrive because as much as some people (including myself) may get annoyed at random people knocking on my door, many will always appreciate a good face-to-face experience and the hustle of a young entrepreneur.
