Another successful exterior waterproofing project completed and another leak problem solved for good.

This customer was dealing with ongoing water intrusion into their garage area. After excavating the affected section, we discovered the real issue: an underground downspout runoff drain had been improperly installed and was broken directly at the point where the leak was occurring. Every time it rained, roof water was being discharged straight into the old cedar siding, which had completely rotted out over time and allowed water to travel directly into the garage.

Our team excavated the entire area, waterproofed the foundation, and installed a brand new downspout runoff drainage system to properly redirect water away from the home. Once the water issue was corrected, we removed all rotted cedar siding and damaged wall studs, rebuilt the affected wall section, and installed new 1x8 Azek trim along the bottom course for a long lasting, water resistant solution.

To finish the project, we painted the Azek to perfectly match the existing siding color and restored the entire area so cleanly that you would never know we were there.

The area is now completely waterproof, structurally sound, and performing exactly as it should. Another very satisfied customer and another great job by the crew.

Another project wrapped up and another happy customer.

Today’s job included the complete installation of all new soffit, fascia, and seamless gutters, along with a brand new ridge vent system to improve attic ventilation and overall roof performance.

Proper ventilation is one of the most overlooked parts of a roofing system, and adding ridge vent helps regulate attic temperatures, reduce moisture buildup, and extend the life of the roof. Combined with the new soffit system, this home now has the airflow it needs along with a clean, updated exterior appearance.

We finished the project with brand new seamless gutters to ensure efficient water management and a sharp finished look from every angle.

The crew did an excellent job from start to finish, and the transformation speaks for itself. Another quality installation in the books.

Another major commercial water management project completed successfully in Downingtown, PA.

This commercial building was originally designed to drain all roof water through a center roof drain system that fed into interior PVC piping running through the warehouse ceilings. The existing setup was creating major issues, so we engineered and executed a complete exterior water management solution for the customer.

Our team installed all new 4” SDR piping and redirected the water flow to three existing discharge points around the property. One of the biggest challenges on this project was the front of the building, where we had to cut through the parking lot and run new 4” piping into a main 6” line that now safely discharges water into the customer’s stone discharge area at the lower end of the lot.

To finish the project properly and maintain the property’s appearance, we installed river rock for a clean aesthetic match, regraded the existing swale along the parking lot to direct unwanted rainwater toward our new discharge point, and restored all disturbed areas with new sod, biodegradable straw and seed, and fresh asphalt throughout the parking lot section.

The system is performing exactly as designed, and the customer could not be happier with the results.

Proud of the crew on this one. From planning to ex*****on, the team absolutely knocked this project out of the park.

Rain Drainz recently completed a full roof replacement for a local firehouse in Millsboro, Delaware.

This project consisted of removing and replacing approximately 50 squares of EPDM roofing. To ensure proper drainage and long-term performance, we installed tapered insulation panels beneath the new roofing system. This allows water to efficiently flow toward the existing scupper boxes built into the structure, helping prevent ponding and extending the life of the roof.

To complete the project, we installed custom-fabricated steel coping along the parapet walls. This not only gives the building a clean, finished look but also adds an extra layer of protection against weather and water intrusion.

This 150’ water management project tackled some serious drainage issues caused by heavy clay soil, improper grading, and excess sump pump discharge. The result? A complete solution built to perform and made to look effortless.

✔️ Removed over 4 tons of heavy clay soil and replaced it with quality topsoil
✔️ Fully regraded the property to redirect water away from the home
✔️ Installed French drains for proper subsurface drainage
