Sometimes spots coming back after a carpet cleaning isn’t “the stain returning.” It’s called wicking, when contamination hidden deep in the carpet or subfloor works its way back to the surface as the carpet dries.
For this client, we performed a deep restorative treatment using Un-Duz-It Unleashed to target urine, f***l contamination, and odor at the source. After treatment, we used a Water Claw extraction tool to flush and extract contamination from deep within the carpet and padding/subfloor area.
Once the deep extraction was complete, we cleaned the full carpeted area and performed multiple dry strokes to help speed up drying time.
This type of issue requires more than just surface cleaning. Sometimes the real problem is what’s underneath.
