As Baker’s Dirty Work has continued to grow, we’ve learned a lot through real-life experiences and because of that, we’ve recently updated our Client Agreement and Policies.

These updates were created thoughtfully with input from both management and our cleaning teams to help ensure clearer communication, smoother scheduling, safer working environments, and better protection for everyone involved (our clients, our cleaners, and our business).

Our goal is not to make things complicated or impersonal. We want to create clear expectations, avoid misunderstandings, and continue providing the best possible experience for everyone we work with.

Many of these policies come directly from situations we’ve encountered over time, allowing us to better prepare for the unexpected while continuing to operate professionally and fairly.

We truly value every client who supports our small business, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue improving and growing.

Updated agreements and policies will be sent out shortly for review. As always, if you have any questions, we are happy to help. I may not reply until 11pm, but I WILL get back to you!

There’s a lot more that goes into a professional cleaning service than “just cleaning.”

Our rates reflect fair and competitive wages for our employees, payroll taxes, workers compensation insurance, liability insurance, unemployment insurance, mileage reimbursement, cleaning supplies & equipment and the business operating expenses.

We believe our employees deserve every penny they earn. They work hard to provide reliable, quality service and help keep your homes clean and comfortable.
