When she joined Sucafina earlier this year, Temnet brought 13 years of export operations, logistics and commercial leadership... and she's still cupping like it's her first day, which pretty much tells you everything you need to know 🔝

Coming in hot with an Indonesia and Timor-Leste harvest update... here's where things stand 👇

Volumes are down across both origins this year, with Indonesia running 20-40% smaller than last season and Timor-Leste around 40-50% smaller. But good news is that quality is holding up well, supported by favorable drying conditions and continued investment in processing infrastructure 💚

So we started asking: how do you maintain consistency at that scale without losing the human expertise? Meet ProfilePrint and CSmart: two AI-integrated tools we're now using almost daily.

And because coffee people are a curious bunch, we sat down with Susan Wilcox, our NA QC Manager and Profile Print Global Manager, to hear how it's working on the ground.
