Wilkesboro Laundromat is considered an "essential" business and will remain open during the Coronavirus pandemic and the State's Stay-at-Home order. Based on recommendations from the CDC, keeping your clothing and linens properly laundered is one of the many measures we can do to help prevent the spread of this illness.

For your peace of mind, please know that our hot water heater is set to 145 degrees, and the dryers will heat to 180 degrees on the high setting. The CDC recommends laundering items as appropriate in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. But, if possible, they advise laundering items using the warmest appropriate water setting for the items and drying items completely.

We also ask that you practice social distancing while visiting the Wilkesboro Laundromat. If possible, we recommend you start your laundry and wait in your car while the machines work.

Also, please know that our part-time attendant is still working, and she continues to work hard to disinfect and clean the shop.

We appreciate our customers, our attendant, and our community, and we continue to pray for your health and safety during this time.
