Starting at 6pm along Sunset Lake, enjoy live music and activities including magic and variety shows, face painting, food, FREE photos with Santa, and more. The event concludes with the boat parade at 8:45pm!

Staying on top of financials can be an overwhelming part of the home and association ownership process, which is why we offer Financial Management as part of our Homeowner and Condominium Association Management program!

Cabrera Property Management will do budget preparation, assist with reserve planning and provide monthly financial reports, perform maintenance, fee collection and processing, enforcement of collection policy, and interaction with legal professionals in pursuit of collections. We will make accounts payable disbursements in accordance with policy, review sources and expenses for supplies, interact with accountants and auditors in order to establish/review bid processes and policies, and will recommend reputable professionals and suppliers.

➡️ 1 Visit Per Week: $850
➡️ 2 Visits Per Week: $1,200
