What We Do:
Looking for personnel who would like to help grow our Mitigation team and learn how we help customers who have experienced water, fire, mold, and odor damage. On the job training and Continuing Education is offered for all employees. Pay rate ranges from $13.00-$18.00 per hour (Pay is commensurate with experience). Shift is 30-40 hours a week 7:30AM-4PM plus emergency call outs (that come with bonus pay and overtime).

-Water Damage-extraction, drying, minor demolition & pack out
-Mold Remediation

-Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
-Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
-Keep your truck inventory up to date.
-Properly complete paperwork.
-Join the on-call rotation.
-Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
-Have and maintain a clean driving record.
-Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
-Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

Manage accounts receivable
Aiding in entering invoice information into accounting software
Assist in all office tasks
Aiding in outbound customer and marketing communications

Skills required

High level communication and interpersonal skills
Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Proficient in Quickbooks
Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
