Our quality assurance program consists of inspecting the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual specifications required by each customer. The inspections are conducted by our management team as scheduled. Any deficiencies requiring immediate attention are promptly brought to the proper person’s attention. Our manager will visit with the designated customer service representative to discuss any outstanding issues or any additional issues that require additional response. The key to quality assurance in our facilities is the weekly audits by our contractor’s staff. Our goal is a perfect inspection every time, but knowing that perfect outcomes are not realistic every time, any deficiencies found in the building will be corrected in a timely manner. If floor plans of the building are available, we will utilize these to pinpoint specific cleaning problems.
