Since becoming a technician, she completed online training and gained extensive hands-on experience across multiple departments. Her ability to learn quickly and apply new skills is noticed by supervisors and peers.
Often, Hailie only needs to observe a task once or receive minimal instruction before taking ownership and successfully completing the work independently. She shows strong work ethic and natural leadership abilities. Placed as a lead technician within her first six weeks she successfully delivered quality results that led to our customer's approval and satisfaction. She shows the desire to expand her skills and knowledge for both personal growth and for the success of the company.
