Job hours are Tues-Fri, 8:30a - 5p
Duties:
• Create and confirm schedules for our service teams
• Create and edit reports reviewed by other departments
• Upkeep of customer experience logs (Excel)
• Troubleshoot field technology (Android-based)
• General office duties – answering phones, emailing, filing, scanning, etc
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook, specifically)
• Knowledge of Google Drive/Forms
• Familiar with general office duties
