Friday (April 3) garbage pick up will run on the normal schedule. Please have trash carts out as usual.

A friendly reminder for our residents: please avoid over‑filling your trash carts. If the lid can’t close all the way, the cart is considered over‑filled. When that happens, it can attract critters and increases the chance of trash spilling onto the ground.

Please remember that we are not responsible for cleaning up any trash that falls out, and we may have to refuse service if a cart is over‑filled.

If you consistently have more trash than one cart can handle, you’re welcome to purchase additional carts to accommodate the extra volume.

WHERE SHOULD I PLACE MY TRASH CART(S) WHEN IT SNOWS?

Please ensure they are not placed on snowbanks. Carts on snowbanks will not be emptied and will be serviced on the next scheduled collection day. Additionally, please maintain a 3-foot distance between trash carts and other objects.

🦌 Best wishes to all hunters for a safe and successful opening day and week! 🦌 As a reminder, we do not allow animal carcasses in our dumpsters or trash carts. Please reach out to your local Rod & Gun Club or DNR for information on proper disposal locations.

🍗Independence trash will be picked up on Wednesday, Nov 26.

🍗 Whitehall/Taylor will be picked up on Friday, 11/28, as usual.
