The more you know. ❤️

Some of you are way too comfortable disrespecting an entire profession.

Cleaning is not “just mopping floors.”

That mindset is exactly why you’re still living with cobwebs and dirty toilets while paying $30/hour.

You’re not just paying for someone to push a mop.

You paying for:

• Experience
• Efficiency
• Attention to detail
• Supplies and equipment
• Insurance, licensing, gas the list goes on
• The physical toll this job takes on a body
• The fact that someone is willing to clean what you clearly don’t want to

Comparing a professional cleaner to a minimum wage fast food job makes zero sense & is a major slap in the face.
One is an employee following a set role.
The other is a business owner carrying overhead, liability, scheduling, client management, & the full responsibility of running a company.

And let’s be real for a second…
If you’re paying $30/hour and still unhappy, that’s not proof cleaners are “overpaid.”
That’s proof you hired cheap and expected premium results.

You don’t walk into a budget service and demand luxury outcomes.
You get what you pay for.

If you think this job isn’t worth more than $20/hour, then by all means…
Pick up the supplies, get on your hands & knees, and do it yourself every week.
But don’t sit there and undervalue a job you clearly don’t want to do.

Respect the work, or do it yourself. There’s really no middle ground.
