Hey Richmond and Charlottesville, VA! I’m Ganon Hingst, owner of Dudes Washing Windows—proudly serving our hometown and everything in between with an awesome, hardworking crew.

I was raised here in Central VA with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. After playing Division I football at the University of Richmond, I joined the fire department, where I learned lessons that still guide me today: work hard and treat people with kindness, respect, and integrity.

A few years later, I started Dudes Washing Windows as a side business built on those same values. Our first job came from someone who took a chance on us—and they’re still a customer today and feel more like extended family than a customer. Back then, it was just rags, squeegees, and a ladder—but we were committed to 100% customer satisfaction from day one.

Today, we’ve grown into a skilled team of professional firefighters using top-tier equipment, focused on building real relationships—not just clients.
