During this time of nationwide concern over the coronavirus known as COVID-19, we want to assure you that the health, safety and wellness of our customers and employees is a top priority. We have been closely monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as the World Health Organization (WHO), and are doing everything in our power to mitigate the potential risks COVID-19 might pose to our company.

In order to ensure we provide a sensible and consistent response, we have created a plan providing our technicians and employees instructions and guidelines ensuring that our team is always protected and are also able to inform our customers on new developments as they happen.

We will continue to have our technicians on route and have our headquarters open by following the standard safe working practices such as:

* Practicing regular, good hand hygiene by washing our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
* Apply an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol if soap and water is not readily available.
* Use all forms of fit-for-purpose, undamaged personal protective equipment (PPE), such as N-95 & FFP3 face masks, gloves, bodysuits and goggles if applicable specified and provided for the work they are required to perform.

The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:

* Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
* Stay home when you are sick.
* Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
* Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
