We are sad to announce the passing of our patriarch Marshall Francis. Thank you for your consideration during this time. He was a beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Friend, Small Business Owner, and Pillar of the Community of Wharton. He will be greatly missed.

An obituary will appear in this Saturday's Wharton County Leader Journal.

4 PAWS PET WASH CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE - The 4 Paws Pet Wash was burglarized earlier this week. The meter box was stolen which is where money is collected and the wash is initiated, therefore it is out of service until further notice.

Thank you to the Wharton Police Department who are already involved and conducting an investigation. Thank you to all the loving pet owners who used this service! We hope you will return when we have it back in working order.
