It is with a heavy heart, but a soul full of gratitude,
that I share the passing of my wonderful mother.

While the loss feels immense, I find myself smiling through the tears as I reflect on the incredible life she lived and the light she brought into every room.
Mom was the heart of our world.

She had this effortless way of making everyone feel seen and loved, moving through life with a kindness that was as natural as breathing. Her spirit was truly beautiful—vibrant, warm, and endlessly giving. She lived for the moments that mattered most: the big celebrations, the quiet morning chats, and every memory made in between. Her love for her family was her greatest masterpiece, and we are so lucky to be the ones who carry that legacy forward.

Though she’s no longer here to share a laugh or a hug, her warmth is everywhere I look. I’m choosing to celebrate her today by remembering the joy she sparked in all of us.

Rest in peace, Mom.
We love you beyond words.🤍🤍

Think You Have to Sell First? Think Again.✨

Many homeowners assume they have only one option: sell their current home before buying the next one.

The reality?
Depending on how much equity you’ve built and your overall financial picture, you may have more flexibility than you think.

Today’s homeowners have options that can help make their next move easier, including:

▪️ Buying your next home before selling your current one

▪️ Using your home’s equity to help fund your next purchase

▪️ Keeping your current home as a rental to begin building long-term wealth

Every homeowner’s situation is different, which is why there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you’re planning to move into your forever home, explore investment opportunities, or simply make your transition as smooth as possible, understanding all of your options is the first step.

Before you put your home on the market, let’s have a conversation. You may have more options and more buying power than you realize!

Inflation Cools.
What Does It Mean for the Housing Market?✨

June’s inflation report came in lower than expected, an encouraging sign that inflation may be moving in the right direction. While borrowing costs continue to impact affordability, it’s a positive signal for both consumers and the housing market.

Here’s what we’re watching:

▪️ Cooler inflation gave the bond market a boost, though buyer affordability remains a factor.

▪️ Higher borrowing costs have slowed mortgage applications, which could mean fewer buyers entering the market.

▪️ Pending home sales are still ahead of this time last year, showing demand remains stronger than a year ago.

▪️ The weeks after the Fourth of July typically mark the start of the seasonal slowdown, making the second half of the year one to watch.

The market continues to evolve as economic data changes. Whether you’re buying, selling, or planning ahead, I am here to help you navigate the Fairfield County market.

The Weekly Advantage✨

The headlines may make it seem like the housing market is headed for another 2008 style crash.

But the data tells a different story.

Today’s homeowners are in one of the strongest financial positions we’ve seen.

▪️ Record levels of home equity, far outweighing mortgage debt.
▪️ More than half of existing homeowners still have mortgage rates below 4%, while foreclosure rates remain near historic lows.
▪️ Home prices are stabilizing with healthy, sustainable growth, not collapsing.

It’s easy to compare today’s market to the past.

The reality is that today’s market is built on much stronger fundamentals.

For buyers, opportunity still exists.

For sellers, strong equity and steady demand continue to support a healthy market.

The biggest mistake may be waiting for a “crash” that many economists simply don’t see coming.

If you’ve been wondering whether now is the right time to buy or sell, let’s talk through your options.
My team is here to help you understand today’s market and create a strategy that fits your goals.

One of the things I love most about our community is celebrating the talented people who make it so special.

I’m excited to share that my daughter in law’s mom, Debranne Cingari, is a featured artist in the Weston 250 Art Exhibit! 🌸

Her beautiful work through Curated Collective Collages transforms children’s artwork into timeless keepsakes, and it’s truly something to see in person.

If you’re looking for a wonderful local event, join us for the Artist Reception on Wednesday, July 8, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Weston Public Library.

It’s a great opportunity to celebrate Weston 250, support a talented local artist, and enjoy an evening with the community.

We’d love to see you there!
