When Brad and Brittany got married in 2013 and starting to grow their family in Downers Grove in 2015, they never imagined their family of 4 would one day be impacted by childhood cancer. And yet on an ordinary Tuesday, the Magnus family received the devastating news that no family wants to hear.

On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, Cole was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). After several months of hearing multiple opinions from many different doctors, the Magnus family finally had an answer – and it wasn’t what was expected. Since then Cole has been back and forth for tests and more tests.

Brittany shared with us that Cole loves playing with his 5yr old brother Hudson on the trampoline. He also loves all things spooky and Halloween is his favorite! loves Zombies, Ghosts, etc. He also loves music and dancing.

To help Eco will be donating $5 (about 20%) from every house that schedules to have their Trashbins cleaned to the Magnus family to help with little Cole's medical bills. The avg cost for 2 bins is $30 to $35 dollars depending on what town you live in.

To schedule simply text the name of your town and the code word "Cole" to 630 352 8022 and you will get a reply text back with all the info needed to schedule. To really make this work we need everyone to please please share this post on your FB page, group FB pages, nextdoor, and anywhere else you can share even if you are not having your bins cleaned at this time. I will personally hand deliver the check to the Magnus family.

We def appreciate the communities support in a time like this.
