Need an on-call handy person to cover for the owner when out of town. Needs to live within 15 minutes of the laundromat. Salary and pay arrangements are negotiable.

A few weeks out of the year we need someone to watch the laundromat while the owner/operator is out of town. Duties would include light repairs when needed, emergency response after hours, and cleaning the facility twice a day. You would be paid a flat salary of $45 per day for cleaning and being on call. You would never be asked to cover more than one week at a time and for 3-4 weeks per year. Clean up time per day averages 1.5 - 2 hours. Total hours per week normally do not exceed 15 hours.
