INITIAL CLEANING SERVICE
Throughout the house :
-Remove cobwebs from ceilings
- Dust blinds, lights, lampshades, ceiling fans, air vents
- Dust window sills, lock ledges, knick-knacks, pictures, railings
- Wipe baseboards, doors, cabinets
- Polish mirrors
- Vacuum furniture/wipe leather (varies on home)
- Vacuum floor, rugs
- Clean and sanitize floor
- Remove trash, repla

BATHROOMS
- Scrub and sanitize showers, shower head, tubs, sinks, counters, toilets
- Clean and shine glass shower doors, clean runners
- Faucets, sinks and drains
- Wipe shower racks and bottles, clean soap dishes
- Polish mirrors and faucets
KITCHENS
- Clean and shine outside of all appliances, big and small, inside and outside of microwave
- Clean drip pans and grates or scrub glass stove top
- Clean cupboards (interiors when requested at additional fee)
- Clean and sanitize countertops (move and wipe under all items unless excessive number of items)
- Clean and polish sink, drain, and faucet, wipe soap dispensers, clean soap dishes
- Faucets, sinks and drains are cleaned
- Hand-wipe all kitchen furniture
