Our prices for our DROP-OFF SERVICE have changed to $40 for a laundry cart this size! That's filled to the rim of the cart!! Anything a little over this size will be for $20 added. Don't forget you can get bumped to the FRONT OF THE LINE for a small fee as well!!

This is the CORRECT way to stand on the stool if you can't reach the top of your washer.

We get a lot of customers who forget loads of laundry in washers/dryers all the time. So this is what our procedure is on stuff left behind.

1. Weekdays- We will leave in the machine till the end of the day typically but then bag it, label it with the date and machine number, then we toss it out back next to the dumpster.
2. Weekends- We don't have enough machines to leave customer's stuff in machines for longer than 10min, so if we notice stuff sitting longer than 10min we will pull it and toss it into a cart and label the cart with the machine number and put in the office where people will usually come to get it.
3. Whatever is left in the cart at the end of the day gets bagged and labeled and put out by the dumpster
4. If stuff is left in the washer do we dry it? No, we do not want to that costs money! But we do put it on delicate since we don't know what can and can't be dried for this person, delicate 1 cycle then bag and label.
5. Left in the dryer we bag and label it
6. Anything left of nonlaundry items i.e. iPods, headphones, phones, wallets, etc get put into the office into our lost n found basket.

Guys we do not have the space to hang onto every left sock ect so please be understanding and respectful of one another.

Please don't go by the instructions on the lid of the soap compartments on top of the washers. On the top of the washers, there are 4 compartments, (holes) where you put detergent, softener, and bleach. Please follow the RED STICKERS in each of these compartments to know where to put your laundry detergents etc. The flip lid is confusing.

1. The front 2 are for laundry soap/detergent powder or liquid JUST NO PODS THOSE GO INSIDE MACHINES.
2. Back right is for BLEACH
3. Back left is for SOFTENER

📣ATTENTION CUSTOMERS📣
Please PLEASE DO NOT STAND ON THE FURNITURE to put soap etc into the washers or for any reason. We DO HAVE A STOOL JUST FOR CUSTOMERS TO STAND ON!! It is usually kept on the end of an aisle next to one of the brown leather chairs. Please ask if you can't find it, again please DO NOT STAND ON CHAIRS OR TABLES OR RED STOOLS
