This dryer vent was "cleaned" 2 weeks pryor by a local "reputable" duct cleaning company. This is the direct result of major inexperienced employees. They did not take the time to troubleshoot the real issues going on. There was still no airflow after they finished, which means they didn't do an airflow test after they were done. YOU MUST TEST AIRFLOW AFTER CLEANING!! This is why choosing an "owner operated company" is always the better choice. More pride is taken when you actually care about the customers.
