same thing for Wednesday Routes :
One of our trucks went down yesterday, so routes may take a little longer than usual today.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get everyone serviced.

As of 3:40 PM, our drivers are still out on their routes. They were out until about 8:30 PM yesterday, so we appreciate your patience as they work to get to everyone. We will continue to provide updates as the day goes on. Thank you

As of 5:10 our drivers are still out. Just started last route- (around valley schools,caldwell, millers run, etc.) That area you will be picked up! 😊

As of 8:40 PM, our drivers are still out on the routes. Almost finished, still got a little left. Will update when done. (carey’s run on 73side)

If you’ve ever stopped by our office, chances are you’ve met our favorite employee, Ace! 🐶He’s the true face of the office. 🐾

Fun fact about Ace: We actually found him while out on one of our garbage routes. Someone had thrown him out of a vehicle, and one of our drivers stopped and picked him up. ❤️ Now he is a spoiled dog!

Please Slow Down Around Garbage Trucks!!!

We wanted to take a moment to ask our community for one simple favor: please be patient and cautious when you see a garbage truck.

Unfortunately, there have been countless close calls where someone has almost been hit because a driver was in a hurry or tried to squeeze past.

We understand everyone has places to be. We all run late sometimes. But saving a few seconds is never worth risking someone’s life.

Our employees are more than just sanitation workers. They’re fathers, sons, husbands, brothers and friends. They have families waiting for them at home, just like you do.

Please remember:
🦺 Slow down when approaching a garbage truck.
🛑 Never speed around or pass unless it is completely safe and legal to do so.
👀 Watch for workers stepping off the truck or crossing the road.
❤️ A little patience can save a life.

Help ensure someone gets to hug their family that evening.

We experienced a billing error that caused paper statements to be printed for everyone. We corrected as many accounts as we could, but we may have missed a few.
