We are partnering with Genesis Church for their Community Impact Day.

Anyone is welcome to come in and do their own laundry. Genesis Church will provide quarters for the machines, and Laundry Land will supply detergent and dryer sheets if needed.

We know times are tough, and many families are going without benefits this month. We want to help however we can.

We’ll provide quarters to wash and dry your clothes. A limited supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets will also be available — no charge.

UPDATE: Over a dozen people have messaged us this morning with the male's name and a few have mentioned his place of employment. We really appreciate all your help!

Hi friends!

Please make sure you stay with your clothing at all times. Tonight, unfortunately, these thieves stole 6 loads of clothing from our largest washer in less than 3 minutes.

If you recognize these fine people, please send us a message. We would like to get the clothing back to the rightful owners. If you are these people, give us a call. Or, you can leave the clothing, then call later to let us know you brought it back.

PS... See the last photo.. Before stealing someone's belongings, you MUST get a sticker and temporary tattoo from the machine. Male suspect may have a cute temporary tattoo or sticker on/with him 🙂

Update: WE ARE OPEN

We are closed until further notice. I will update everyone as soon as possible. I don't know if water has been inside the laundromat, but the last time we were there, it was about a foot from the front door. Thoughts and prayers are appreciated as we navigate the situation.

We have had SO many people come in to use our machines and services. Most people are saying they haven't had charged phones and have been worried about basic necessities. Can our community please comment on this post with available resources such as food, showers, supplies, locations to charge phones, water, etc? I would love for our attendants to be able to pull up a post or direct them to a post where they can find whatever resources they may need in one spot! Thank you so much West Plains and surrounding communities ❤️❤️

Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by the recent storms in our community and surrounding communities. We want to do our part to help where we can. We are going to have FREE laundry for those affected Wednesday (March 19th) from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. We have laundry pods and dryer sheets available at no charge as well. If you cannot make it during these hours but need laundry assistance, please message the page or send me (Taylor) a text at 417-293-1616.

Edited to add: I have already had tons of people message me in the short time this has been posted. If we run out of time and/or machines, we will extend this as needed. We can also schedule additional dates/times if needed. If any of the linemen, volunteers, etc. need laundry while in town send me a message. We would be happy to help, even if it's after regular attendant hours!!

Due to inclement weather, our drop off will be closed tomorrow February 19th. Our self service laundry will still be available! Sorry for any inconvenience.

Attention valued customers,

We have a few things come up this past week so I would just like to post reminders.

1. Please follow the instructions on your clothing tags. Most athletic wear says air dry only. Please follow those directions. Our dryers are industrial size stainless steel and on the high setting they reach 180°

2. Please look around and take all of your belongings with you. Please make sure to get every washer you load and every dryer you load unloaded. If you happen to leave something behind, we try our best to intercept those and hold on to them until they are claimed.

3. Make sure your clothing is fully inside the washer before you lock the door. If you don't, the clothing will break the washer's seal. Also, when you lock the door, pull it all the way to the left. You do NOT have to pull it hard. Once it clicks, the door is locked. If the door does not click, the washer may time out.

I want to start this post by saying thank you to our wonderful employees and customers for checking on Paul.

Paul was in an ATV accident over the weekend, and he will have some recovery time ahead of him. Paul is the one who works on a lot of our repairs and I (Taylor) try to run more of the day to day operations.

I am in Arkansas with Paul while he is undergoing surgery and recovery in the hospital.

Please be patient with us the next few weeks and months as we work through this.

Drop off will not be affected by this at all. After hour calls may take a bit longer to resolve as Paul and I are usually the ones to address these issues. We do have amazing employees who go above and beyond and will be helping us with after hours calls.

I will do my best to keep up with any and all repairs needed once I get home, as Paul will have a few months of recovery ahead of him.

Attention Customers: Our bathroom will only be open during staffed hours for now. Our bathroom has been vandalized multiple times after hours. Our sink was taken apart and flooded the floor overnight. If you have any information on who may have contributed to this, please let us know. If you were at the laundromat last night and saw the sink taken apart please let me know.

Sorry for any inconvenience. We will work on getting a new system with passcodes for each person who has to use the bathroom. Again, I'm sorry it has come to this.
