Why Bolivia:
In terms of GDP, the level of foreign investment in Bolivia (3.6 per cent) is one of the largest in South America and higher than the average for Latin America and the Caribbean (2.7 per cent, approximately). The IMF in its publication for 2014 sees Peru having the strongest growth with 6 % in Latin America, followed by Bolivia with 5%. Chile, Paraguay and Colombia 4,6 %, Brazil and

Uruguay 4 % and Venezuela and Argentina with 2,5 %. The IMF forecasts global growth to average 3.5 % in 2014. Bolivia is bordering with Brasil, Peru, Paraguay, Argentina and Chile which of course is a strong advantage for trade reasons. Not ignored should be the fact, that Bolivia is holding at least one fourth of the planet’s identified lithium resources, so that some see the possibility of Bolivia becoming the new Saudi Arabia of Lithium in the World.

The visit from Pope Francis is the best what could have happened to Bolivia. Seems the Projects in San Jose de Chiquitos or as well known as the Jesuit Missions of the Chiquitos have been blessed. This visit means a public-relation value you cannot pay for when you have Hotels or Restaurants there.

The first place is a hit from the start and the demand for new places accross the Country has hit 25 plus. Already started with the contstruction of the 2nd one. There will be only 3 Food specialities available: Top brand chicken, Hamburgers and local Sandwiches. The demand to get the Franchise rights has even perplexed us as one only planned for 3 places at start.
