This is what I go through constantly.

Client phrases that are 🚩 immediately:

“It should only take a couple hours…”
“It’s not that bad.”
“The last cleaner did it for cheaper.”
“I just need a quick clean.”
“You don’t need to do all that.”
“It shouldn’t cost that much.”
“Can you just add a few extra things while you’re here?”
“It’s already pretty clean.”
“Can you do the fridge, oven, baseboards, and windows real quick… even though it wasn’t scheduled?”
“Why is it taking you so long?”

What’s your instant red flag phrase?

Every cleaner has that one sentence that tells you everything you need to know before you even start.

Cleaning hacks that sound fake… but actually work 👀✨

• Hairspray → helps remove ink/marker from some fabrics (blot, don’t scrub)
• Sunscreen → can lift permanent marker off painted walls + some leather
• Hydrogen peroxide → great for moldy caulking & light grout (can lighten darker grout)

• Ice cubes → fix dents in carpet (let melt, then fluff)
• Lemon + salt → pulls stains & odors out of cutting boards
• Rubbing alcohol → breaks down sticky residue + hairspray buildup
• Dryer sheets → help repel dust on baseboards
• Shaving cream → buff onto mirrors to help prevent fogging

Some of these sound weird… but there’s a reason they work 😅

Always test first every surface is different.
