I am looking to add ONE reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented person to my cleaning business! ❤️

🚨 RELIABILITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME. 🚨
I need someone who shows up when they say they will, communicates, takes pride in their work, and can be counted on. This is NOT a position where you can call out frequently, be unreliable, or simply show up expecting a paycheck.

I’m looking for someone who genuinely LOVES what they do and takes pride in leaving a home looking its best. We have amazing clients, great relationships with the people we work for, and I want someone who will treat those relationships with the same care that I do.

✨ What I’m looking for:

• Open/flexible weekday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Very detail-oriented
• Hardworking and takes pride in their work
• Personable, friendly, and outgoing
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning and takes their work seriously

📍 SERVICE AREAS:
Martin County & St. Lucie County

🗓️ SCHEDULE:
We typically DO NOT work weekends and are OFF for all major holidays. Our schedule is primarily during the week, so having an open weekday schedule is important.

🧹 WHAT I PROVIDE:
• ALL cleaning supplies
• Vacuum
• Mop
• All necessary cleaning equipment
• Weekly gas money
• Competitive hourly pay — hourly rate can be discussed based on experience
• CLIENT TIPS — YOU KEEP YOUR TIPS! 💰❤️

Our clients are wonderful and many of them tip for great service, so your hard work can absolutely be rewarded!

I’ve built my business around providing quality service and maintaining great relationships with our clients, and I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

This apartment got a 5-hour deep clean yesterday, and WOW… what a transformation! 🧼🤍

Move-out cleans are definitely some of the most detailed jobs, but seeing the final result makes every minute worth it!

And the best part? My client messaged me afterward and said it looked even cleaner than it did when she first moved in. 🥹✨
