The older I get the less I believe in sharing advice with your younger self.

You need to go through those lessons and challenges. They craft who you are today. Without them, you really have no chance fighting what tomorrow brings.

When my wife and I sold our lives in Salt Lake City we anticipated no longer than three months to relocate to southern Utah. Selling went really quick so we assumed buying wouldn’t be an issue.

Those three months quickly turned into 386 days.

It’s pretty wild. One day I’ll write a book about it.

Those 386 days were filled with some of the highest of highs along with some of the lowest of lows.

Sitting here looking back, I wouldn’t change a damn thing about any of it either. Not one.

I do want to say thank you specifically to those who helped make this transition easier. There’s a small handful of individuals I’ll never be able to repay for how much they helped us. You people are the real MVPs and I am beyond grateful for you.

To those of you who did not make things easier, I do believe you taught me the most. Thank you for those lessons but, seriously, go eat rocks.

I also shouldn’t forget to mention all the ghosted detailing inquiries. I do apologize, please don’t take it personal.

Detail Kegs are finally back to shipping as they should be. Orders and inquiries should all be caught up. Orders to Canada and Puerto Rico should be easier to process altogether. We also now offer free shipping on your orders.

Detailing services are open to application only. It’s a step for me to hopefully control that workload. Most people in my position remove themselves from the art of detailing to capatilize on one aspect or another in their business. If you want the quality that comes from thousands of hours practicing that art, I am still here. Detailing services are now based out of Washington, Utah. With this year marking my 16th year as a “mobile technician” I would be honored to take those services anywhere they are welcomed.

I’m closing another chapter before beginning my “new book” per say 😅

I’ve sold my shaker relocation design and rights to manufacture. The new face in charge of them is Alec Roschen, he’s the owner of Mustang Morgue.

Alec will be able to offer what I couldn’t with these. He will be carrying an inventory and having an option for them to be powder coated in medium-gloss black. He intends on keeping the pricing very competitive as well.

I have loved being on this side of the Mustang community. It is very bittersweet yet I don’t think I could be any happier. While I can, I just wanted to say thank you to those that have supported these brackets. You’re the reason why I’ve kept manufacturing them as long as I have.

I’m in the process of having my final batch of shaker relocation kits made. There are only two more available before I “shut the hood” 😆

It’s literally now or forever be slow.

If you have one of my brackets, would you please send me some pictures to [email protected] I’m going to be having a few framed to hang in my office so please email them. I’d rather they don’t run the risk of being compressed.

The brackets themselves are CNC cut and CNC bent aluminum. They also come bare, most guys paint to match. What you buy is a kit. That kit includes everything you need for installation along with instructions.
