Below is a rehab project we have underway on Day 2 in Mt. Lebanon. While this pool is pretty sturdy for its age and in need of a face lift inside, some plumbing work outside the shell will be needed to properly function.

We are adding two inlets in the shallow end and replacing the concrete skimmer pit with a modern PVC wide mouth skimmer. Lots of concrete is currently being jackhammered on the deck.

Inside work includes preparation of surface to re-paint the faded and old epoxy finish. We will also be adding a ban if 6x6 porcelain tile along the perimeter of the water line.

Playing the weather game for paint date in SWPA is always a fun game but we hope to have the pool ready for water by middle of May if not sooner. Check back for more updates.

We are ready to start scheduling inspections for 2023 repairs and rehabilitation projects along with openings for the upcoming swimming season.
