INCLEMENT WEATHER? ⛈️

We often get the question of what happens in the event of inclement weather? And what a perfect question to address for those stormy summer days!

In an instance where inclement weather is on the horizon for the day of your pool service:

MAINTENANCE?

Our maintenance team will always strive to make it to your pool, rain or shine. There are specific circumstances such as thunderstorms, torrential downpours, and high wind speeds that will make it impossible for our team to complete the job safely and correctly.

SERVICE?

For the safety of our team members, our service team will not come out in inclement weather of any kind. This is because they often work with electrical wiring or plumbing, which cannot be done in the rain.

In the event of inclement weather, and we are unable to service the pool and/or equipment to our standards:

🌩️ Any pool on a scheduled maintenance visit will with either be rescheduled for later in the week, or your visit will be performed the following week.

🌩️ We know time is of the essence with service work, so any pool scheduled for a service visit will be rescheduled to the next available date when weather is permitting.
