Remember to winterize your systems before the weather hits tonight. Put in service mode to continually run if you don't have freeze protection. If you are on a timer remember to turn them on and remove the off switches. If your pumps are down or for whatever reason they stop working please open all lids and drain plugs to empty the water out of them so it doesn't Crack anything. Dear poolsharks customers. I understand we are having some problems this summer with algae. I haven't been able to figure out what is causing chlorine lock in the pool. At first I thought it might be the chemicals we are using until I went to a couple pools that do not use chemicals from us and they are having the same problem. My next thought is the lack of rain. Normally rain helps add fresh water which helps keep the stabilizer (cyanuric acid) down. Lack of rain means lack of fresh water so I have had to drain a few pools half way down this summer and that seems to have helped. I have also been adding water every visit to the majority of our pools to help this problem. I am currently out of town with my family on vacation but will be back Saturday. My phone is broken but you can get ahold of Shelby at 979-997-8391 starting Saturday afternoon, where we are at she doesn't get signal. I apologize for any inconvenience and I will be doing my best to get everything back in tip top shape as soon as I get back please be patient with us as we are trying to get this corrected.

Beware there is a company with our exact page out there taking jobs from different states. Have had multiple people call and ask when I'm going to be there or if we can come back and they are in Georgia, south Carolina etc. Be careful.
