It is time!

Raccoons are finding nesting areas for their spring litters. Our customer called at the start of noises in the soffit of the unfinished garage. Well the garage soffits lead straight to the main living space attic. We are called to remove the raccoon before there’s a family in the attic.

Raccoons 🦝

Not only did the raccoons rip open this homeowners garage ridge vent but they also tore it up while living rent free!

We were called for the cleanup. Removed all organic matter, including raccoon f***s and deceased rodents. After removing debris we go through and sanitize the space. Since this structure is a garage no need for new insulation at this time!
