In September 2020, the most “vibrant mash-up of experiences and an immersive playground” officially opened in Las Vegas.

ESCFederal was there to help open this amazing property while it was under construction and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This Teamwork Tuesday we’re recognizing Noelia Valle for 25 years of service. Noelia started working for the company in 1998 at Hilltop Mall in Richmond CA, where she spent her first 10 years. Noelia transferred to Sun Valley Mall in 2008, where she’s been the afternoon & weekend supervisor for 15 years. She’s always been an exemplary employee while her professionalism & dedication to her career has been an inspiration to peers and coworkers.
Also, “Thank You” to her supportive team for joining the celebration of Noelia’s big achievement.

This Teamwork Tuesday we’re honoring the entire crew at Tuttle Crossing! Regional Manager, Jolene Washnock had this to say about her team: “the mall has overcome a very challenging turnover considering it was handed over to ESCFederal in shambles. I completed a QCA walk with the Property Management team, and they stated our team is doing an outstanding job, always does what is asked of them while having a smile on their faces and it’s now a pleasurable inspection walk with the major improvements at the mall. Deaphine, the onsite Project Manager has stepped up to the challenge with no hesitation, while relocating from Michigan to Ohio with an open mind. She’s a team player and a pleasure to have on the team. Deaphine and her staff need to be pointed out as top-notch crew. They have faced many challenges and
have conquered superior quality. As their Regional Manager, I could not be prouder of Deaphine and the hard-working crew. Great Work!!”

This Teamwork Tuesday, we are showcasing our corporate leadership. July 11 & 12 was the first in-person meeting for our leadership team since the pandemic started over two years ago. During this gathering, they also had the opportunity to attend a Chicago Cubs baseball game.

We realize the company has been extremely fortunate to have survived the pandemic, while growing and excelling during this timeframe. This is a direct result of the thousands of team members who worked hard and sacrificed so much as essential workers. ESCFederal will continue to build upon on the
foundation of the last 59 years. Together, we have a bright future ahead!!!!
