We are now hiring for a part time cleaning tech position at an office building in the Clayton area. This position will be around 15-20 hours per week with an opprtunity for more hours. It will pay between 12-18$ per hour based on experience. The position is for M-F. The hours are very flexible. After a training period you will be permitted to choose whenever you want to start each night after 5pm. The Friday shift may be performed anytime over the entire weekend. This position is ideal for applicants that require a flexible schedule, and are looking for a 2nd job. It's a great source of supplemental income with very competitive pay. We are now hiring for a part time office cleaning tech in the Chesterfield Valley area. Around 15 hours per week, opportunity for more hours are available for techs that exceed in their role. This is a great opportunity for college students, retirees, single income households, or those looking for a 2nd job to make ends meet. Although, this position is certainly not limited to those.

The days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Very flexible hours. The Friday shift can be done anytime after 530pm on Friday through the entire weekend. This gives our employees the freedom to work when they want around their own personal schedules. It's your choice on when you want to do it! You may start any time after 530pm on Tuesdays as well. This flexibility is ideal for parents, and or others with busy personal lives. It is the same location every night at 624 Trade Center Blvd Chesterfield MO 63005. It is preferable to employ candidates that either live near the office location or already have employment near the location.

Pay is around 15$ per hour based on your experience and skill. We offer paid training, and paid holidays. Pay is bi-weekly with direct deposit available.

Duties include: emptying trash cans, vacuuming floors, mopping floors, dusting, table/desk wiping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, glass/mirror cleaning, and securing the office building using the security system.

Applicants must have their own vehicle, have the ability to follow a cleaning schedule, work on their own responsibly, perform general cleaning tasks, and have a great attitude.

Very flexible schedule. Fridays shift can be performed on any day of the weekend at any time. Pay will be based on experience and how much training is needed. Paid holidays are offered. Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for transportation. Passing a background check will also be needed. Applicants must be able to follow a daily cleaning schedule, perform unsupervised tasks, own a cell phone for communication with supervisors, and most importantly be friendly and have a good attitude. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Nightly office cleaning (M-F) in a multi level office building. Hours are flexible after 5pm each night. Perform general cleaning duties such as but not limited to emptying trash, vacuuming using a backpack vacuum, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms and small office kitchens, dusting, glass cleaning, furniture/desk/table polishing, etc.

Paid training is provided. After the training period the office building generally takes around 3 hours to complete the nightly cleaning service. Pay rate is between 10$- 15$ per hour based on experience and other factors. Pay period is every 2 weeks on Mondays.
