Here's how scheduling works at PurePath, folks! 😊
I have both biweekly and monthly cleaning clients, and keeping everyone on the schedule takes a little juggling!
My biweekly clients are scheduled on the same day of the week, every two weeks. There's not a whole lot of wiggle room with those appointments because moving one can create a domino effect for everyone else. Of course, I make exceptions when necessary for holidays, illness, and unexpected circumstances.
My monthly clients have a little more flexibility in their schedules. Sometimes that means cleaning on a different day of the week or even during the next month to accommodate my standing biweekly appointments. My goal is to stay in the 3.5 to 5 week range, but ideally it would be every 4th week.
Here's the thing: I'm only one person! 😅
I'm the owner, the scheduler, the cleaner, and everything in between. I do my very best to accommodate everyone's needs while keeping things running smoothly and getting to everyone in a timely manner.
I understand that life happens and schedules sometimes need to change. I'm always willing to work with my clients when I can, and I genuinely appreciate that same flexibility in return.
A little understanding goes a long way, especially when you're running a one-woman business!
