Bird infiltration into three bathroom vents. 🪺 built six plus feet inside 4" pipe. Had to access all three pipes from the attic to effectively clean and install new vent covers with better deterrents.

During jobs that take me to the attic, it seems I always discover other problems or soon to be problems, ie. Electrical, HVAC, or roofing issues. This job was no different. This particular home is only fire years old, and every sewer vent pipe pe*******on was either missing its rubber flashing boot completely or it was torn. It's seldom a good thing to see daylight in an unfinished attic.

Recently WVWC completed a bee hive cutout in the SLC area. Unfortunately at some point between the inspection and the actual removal the hive had absconded. No bees but the customer was more then pleased with the removal of the honey, wax and debris. More importantly the access for the bees, both outside and inside has been permanently eliminated. The entire area was treated for mold and cleaned. Access was repaired and carpet was stretched. Glad to have this one in the books. 😓🙂
