🐾 CLEAN PAWS P**P PICKUP – PAYMENT POLICY
🔹 First-Time Customers
All first-time cleanups require payment before service.
This holds your spot on the route and ensures the yard is prepared for cleanup.
🔹 Weekly Service Clients
After the first cleanup, weekly clients may pay:
✔ Weekly
✔ Bi-weekly
✔ Monthly (most popular)
Payment is due before your scheduled service day.
🔹 Accepted Payment Methods
✔ Cash
✔ Cash App
✔ Square Invoice (by request)
🔹 Missed Payments
If payment is not received before your service day, your cleanup will be rescheduled to the next available time once payment is made.
🔹 Locked Gate Policy
If the gate is locked or dogs are loose and I cannot access the yard:
➡️ A $10 missed service fee will apply
➡️ You will be rescheduled as soon as possible
🔹 Heavy / Neglected Yards
If the first visit requires extra time due to heavy buildup, an additional deep-clean fee may apply. You will always be notified before being charged.
🔹 Waste Haul-Away
If you want waste removed from your property entirely:
➡️ + $5 per cleanup
