This one came in with some serious rocker panel corrosion. The factory rocker was heavily rusted and deteriorated, with sections of the lower structure essentially gone.

Instead of simply covering the problem, we cut away the compromised metal, treated the remaining structure, protected the cavities, and rebuilt the rocker area so the replacement panels had something solid to attach to.

🔹 Installed reinforced inner-rocker brackets

The goal wasn't just to make it look better — it was to stop the corrosion, protect what was left, and give this truck a much better shot at staying that way.

This LX570 came in with a surprisingly clean undercarriage for its mileage. The factory finish was still largely intact, but surface corrosion had started to develop along the seam welds, brackets and exposed areas.

We preserved what was good rather than stripping the entire chassis.

This truck only had 80k miles and was already super clean for the year, so the goal wasn’t to “cover up rust” — it was preservation done the right way.
