Happy New Year to everyone! Please forgive us but after the time change in November, days are short and cool so we don’t have time to get a lot done outside of our regularly scheduled maintenance details.
I’d like to take the time tho to thank ALL my customers and people who have supported my business since it started in May 1st 2014. I couldn’t ask for better people to service. I rarely have any of the problems you would associate with running a business, so that’s a blessing in itself to have great customers. I appreciate everyone. It’s been a learning experience, and now with high demand I need to create a system to keep up with everyone. I’ll admit that I’m not as good of a secretary as I am a detailer so that’s why I’m creating a system. In the summer when I have a high volume of enquirers and customers calling, I can lose a number or forget to call someone back, and I’m truly sorry about that. That’s why I’m creating a system of keeping track of everyone so that I don’t forget any one anymore. This will help with enquirers as well as my maintenance customers.
Our details packages this year will have add on options for people wanting specific things cleaned but don’t want to upgrade the detail package.
I’m super excited about this year and we’ll be looking for a part time employee to help us get everyone serviced in a timely manner. Thanks again for all the love and support, and we’re looking forward to making you SHINE in 2019!!!!!
I have a list going for people to schedule when it warms back up. If your going to be needing your vehicle detailed early this year, you may go ahead and check about getting on the list. When we start having full warm weeks, we should be caught up quick and can get to vehicles fairly quickly. 😁😁😁
