This year has been hectic with moving and other things. No matter what I have going on don't hesitate to message me and set up an appointment or ask any questions. Getting a professional detail for the first time can be scary and intimidating. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT!!! I am here to guide you through every step if need be and provide updates and pictures apon request. My goal is for you to see your car after the detail and fall back in love with it and remember why you made the second largest purchase of life which is your vehicle. I have two locations on both sides of Waynesburg. One near the library and the other right next to Rohanna's Golf course at the RV park. Remember this is an in depth detail not just a car wash. Well, unless that's all you want which is still top notch service. Prices very based on conditions of interior and likewise with paint correction. I use top notch small business and larger family business products.( Nothing comes from chain businesses). It costs both you and I more money than shelf products. I've been doing this for almost 20 years and 15 of those are of straight passion on family and self owned cars, bikes, campers, you name it. I love the challenge of something different. Running a car through a car wash gets the dirt off but is it getting the paint compromising dirt and airborne chemicals out of your paint? NO. I do interior, exterior, both, frame protection, engine detail, headlight and /or taillight restoration. Engine detail is included with any exterior detail. For your hard earned money spent with BXD you can expect a top dollar detail for a working man or woman's salary. Nothing is overlooked! I go over the car apon pickup so you know exactly what was done and gives you the chance to ask any questions and I can make it as stress less as possible for my customers. There is no dumb questions. Customers leaving knowing what they got and is satisfied is top priority. It can be scary almost to spend that kinda money to have your car done if you're new to detailing your vehicle. Constant contact and updates are given apon request if your confused of the process or just want to see how it's going. There's no smoke and mirrors or coverups for pay. My customers are everything to me. Keeping you in the loop and up to date of the process is something I pride myself on. And yes, when detailing you're almost guaranteed to uncover something that wasn't seen in the walkthrough. At that time I call you explaining what I've found and options to resolve the issue and whether or not you would like to spend the extra money to resolve the issue uncovered. There's no SMOKE and MIRRORS or surprising extra charges on your bill that you wasn't expecting. I explained the issue that I found if there is a resolve to it or multiple resolves I put them out there for you to choose whether you have the work done or not or which choice if there is multiple you would want to choose based on price or convenience. I've had to slack off on the business this past year for personal reasons and going back to work 12 hours a day and sometimes 7 days a week. My passion is watching someones face seeing their finished car and falling back in love with it. Not a better feeling as a detailer. I'm going on 15 years experience in professional detailing. 10 years are running BXD and the other 5 in dealerships. If you are getting a full detail inside and out or even just an exterior detail or an interior detail please take pictures of what you will be getting detailed and major spots or issues that you are worried about being taken care of to send along with the phone call or the text message to me so I can review them so we get you the most accurate and cost-worthy price we can do that fits YOUR BUDGET! Just because a vehicle,boat, toy or anything with paint,plastics, and rubber looks too far gone I promise it's not. Someone with years of experience and the customer staying on top of regular details and vehicle care and washes between details, cars, trucks, toys etc. is able to be brought back to an amazing look and condition. I pride myself on my work and customer's satisfaction. If there is an issue you see that isn't what you expected or happy with we will review what was done together and other options if any. Remember, if it's got wheels and tires, can be transported to the shop( even if it can't be or you dont have the time I also offer at home visits for a fee). Nothing set in stone just yet but know it's being worked on. I will keep track from today sat 11th of your recommendations and what they have done and after 1 person you send gets a full detail you'll get said amount of points you can use towards levels of wash to full detail inside and out depending on the number of people you send my way. *Not in the finish stages but,,, from this day forward I will keep track of all customers and when someone shows up using your name and the password points will be kept track of for you to use from a normal wash, wash and dry, shampoo interior, anything I do can be earned through your recommendations and when the person that comes in giving on your recommendation will also earn half points just off your recommendation. It's a work in progress but for now every detail and customer will be kept track of and once the system is finalized you can use the point system for referrals and level of detail to be used on your next detail. So potentially you can earn a full detail or just use some point for an A++++ wash, dry and shiny look good tires. Just know if a person books on your recommendation the point system will be able to be used for any service you want done as small as a sweep to just wash and dry. So be on the lookout for the release announcement. Just know from today you do business with me and getting me recommendations you're earning point towards free details down to a few points for a deluxe wash and dry.
