A customer from a home insurance company had the main pump leaking, when I took it apart to replace shaft seals it had a lot corrosion that I couldn’t use the same motor and back plate. Insurance approved the extra repairs but home owner wanted an upgrade. This is the new smart pump.

Hello folks, I'm bringing an update on this season, as many of you home pool owners know, some pools are surrounded by trees some trees not exactly yours but neighbor's then we have wind and rain that can bring lots of dirt and dust into the pools. DE filters can be back washed once a month or before depends on the filter pressure, however I recommend to clean up the filter twice a year, DE, dirt or dust accumulated over the time and pressure can break or damage the grids, some are getting bad by getting old, will post more pics as I go every week
